How long does it take for my order to ship and arrive?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.
Do you offer free returns?
We cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, including buyer’s remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

What is your cancellation policy?

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery receipt or write “suspect damage” if inspection isn’t possible right away.
If your item arrives damaged, email photos and details to support@nicklefitness.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or issue appropriate compensation.
