What is your Return Policy?

At Nickle Fitness, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@nicklefitness.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

Each Bumper Plate has a "hooked" steel insert which increases the durability and longevity of the bumper plate, even the 10's. Each bumper plate sports a black on black finish for a sleek design that will match any gym. The Bumper Plates also feature raised lettering which is more durable than painted or printed markings. 

Crafted from 100% premium virgin rubber, these bumper plates are quiet and safe to drop on your floors. These Bumper Plates feature a slim profile for a more premium look. The slimmer profile also allows you to fit more weight on the bar.

Lifetime Warranty Details

If for any reason you have an issue with your bumper plates, the defected bumper plates must be shipped back to Fringe Sport before receiving your replacement bumper plates. Return shipping is covered by Fringe Sport for the first three years after your purchase. After the 3 year period, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Warranty applies for residential use only.

The new lifetime warranty applies to all orders placed on 11/23/24 and after. It cannot be retroactively applied to a previous order.

RAISED LETTERING

Raised lettering is more durable than painted or printed markings. Over time, painted markings on plates can wear off, making it challenging to identify the weight. Raised lettering is less prone to this issue, ensuring that you can continue to use your plates effectively for years. It also gives the plates a more polished and professional appearance.

DURABLE HOOKED STEEL INSERTS

The hooked design distributes stress more evenly across the plate, which helps prevent cracking, chipping, or deformation of the rubber coating. Hooked steel inserts often produce less noise and vibration when dropped compared to plates with regular circular inserts. The secure connection between the hook and the rubber dampens the impact and reduces the rattling or clanging noise associated with weightlifting movements.


LOW ODOR

Our Black Bumper Plates are made from 100% virgin rubber which is sourced from new rubber materials, which means it contains fewer impurities, contaminants, and foreign substances compared to recycled rubber. These impurities can contribute to the strong rubber smell often associated with recycled rubber bumper plates, but are eliminated with 100% virgin rubber bumper plates.
